Josh Doctson injury: TCU WR doubtful to return vs Oklahoma State
TCU Horned Frogs wide receiver Josh Doctson injured his left wrist and will not return to the game vs. the Oklahoma State Cowboys.

Josh Doctson had to leave in the first half with a left wrist injury and he is doubtful to return in the second half against Oklahoma State and his status is in jeopardy next week depending on the severity of the injury.
Doctson had x-rays done at halftime, but the results aren’t public yet. He was when he used his left hand to brace himself after he was tackled, but as he hit the ground an Oklahoma State defender landed on the wrist.
Doctson entered Saturday afternoon’s game against the Cowboys leading the nation in receiving with 1,251 yards and 72 receptions and was second to Baylor’s Corey Coleman with 14 touchdowns but without him in the second half, TCU may suffer their first loss of the year.

No. 8 TCU went to the half trailing the undefeated and No. 12 Cowboys 28-9 and moments after word leaked that Doctson is doubtful to return, TCU quarterback Trevone Boykin threw an interception that was returned to the 1 and Oklahoma State scored on the next play to take a 35-9 lead.
It looks like TCU will lose today and will face an uphill climb to get back in the Big 12 race with games remaining against Baylor and Oklahoma, but will they have the nation’s leading receiver to help them in that pursuit?
