Colorado was close to pulling off the upset at UCLA, coming back home to Stanford, not so much.
If Nelson Spruce has the ball in his hands frequently, Colorado has a shot to win. That’s about the only playmaker Colorado has, and they really depend on Sefo Liufau to get the offense going. If he can get it rolling, the running game follows suit.
Colorado has USC, Washington State and Utah all remaining on their schedule, possibly the most difficult route in the Pac-12 remaining. The Buffaloes are competitive enough to keep one of those games close, but it’s safe to say there will be no upset alerts going on for Colorado.
