Five college football teams who are being put on upset alert in Week 12. Is your favorite team in danger of losing this week?

This is the time of the year when every game on the schedule is a must-win with division and conference titles on the line, bowl bids hanging in the balance and for a select few teams, playoff berths can be won and lost.

We’re headed down the stretch run in the 2015 college football season and with the aforementioned factors playing into the equation, this is the time of the year when we see some crazy upsets and chaos and total anarchy rules the day.

Last week, four of my five upset picks came through and upset the betting favorite. Pittsburgh beat Duke, Arkansas beat LSU, Georgia beat Auburn and Oklahoma beat Baylor. If not for Washington blowing a 17-point lead against Arizona State, I would have been a perfect five-for-five.

I’ll try to do better this week as I picked two SEC teams, including one still alive for the SEC Championship Game, to lose, one Big 12 team to lose for the second time in as many weeks, a Pac-12 power to lose for the first time in five games and a team from the AAC to lose their third game in a row.

Without any further delay, here are the five teams I’m putting on upset alert in Week 12. After reading through the list, please leave your thoughts on my picks in the comments section and continue the conversation.
