Pac-12 picks against the spread for Week 12, including whether USC can upset Oregon in Autzen Stadium.
Some big time games this weekend that could help decide the division races, as well as bowl eligibility in what is likely the best weekend of Pac-12 football so embrace it.
We start with USC traveling to Oregon to take on the Ducks in Autzen Stadium. That game is by far the best game on paper, and has a lot of implications for each team in their respective division. After their big win over Stanford, Oregon comes out as the four-point favorite over the Trojans.
Then we have two teams coming off very disappointing losses in UCLA and Utah. They head to Salt Lake for a big game that could shake up everything in the Pac-12 South. No one seems to be talking about UCLA, but they control their destiny in the division.
Then we have one of two rivalry games with Arizona and Arizona State. Despite the records, these two are very solid teams, just hit unfortunate bumps in the road. Anything can happen in rivalry games, and there’s a lot more than pride on the line for Arizona State here.
The other rivalry is California and Stanford for The Big Game. Stanford is coming off a devastating loss to Oregon, meanwhile California finally ended their four game losing streak. Anything can happen in rivalry games, as I stated above, and I’m hoping for some weird things to happen here, just to shake up the Pac-12 North a little more.
Washington and Oregon State square off, and that’s really one of two not very interesting games in the Pac-12. The other? Washington State vs Colorado. So, both Washington schools will play the worst teams in the Pac-12 North and South before facing off for the Apple Cup next week.
