College football fans should be thankful for these 26 things that make the sport what it is.

During a time of year when people talk about giving thanks, there are things that every college football fan should keep in mind and be thankful for.

You can love your team, your school and your star players, but don’t overlook the bigger picture and all the things that make college football the truly American experience that it is. There are things about this game which transcend team fandom.
