The resurgence of the Oregon Ducks sees three teams from the Pac-12 North at the top of this week’s Pac-12 power rankings.
We have three Pac-12 North schools leading the way for the conference. Stanford has held it down for some time, we had Washington State come into the No. 2 spot after their big win last week over UCLA, and now Oregon has jumped back into that spot, after their thrashing of USC.
Arizona State slid by their rival Wildcats and their third string quarterback, yet still moved up this week in the power rankings. That’s just how average California is playing.
They lost to Stanford and kept it pretty respectable, but this is clearly not the same team we once saw in the first five weeks of the season.
Then we get to USC, and they’re starting to slip through the cracks, yet still have a chance to get a rematch vs Stanford, and win the Pac-12.

But Josh Rosen and the Bruins UCLA are poised to keep their streak alive vs USC, and will represent the South with a win, something not too many people would have predicted about two weeks ago.
Oh, Oregon State and Colorado are still bad, in case anyone was wondering.
