21. Hawaii Rainbow Warriors- Nick Rolovich replaces Norm Chow

Norm Chow may have been on the hottest of all the hot seats entering this season so no surprise to see Hawaii need to hire a new coach this year.

I think they did a pretty solid job getting a former Hawaii quarterback in Nick Rolovich who also is a former Hawaii assistant coach under Greg McMackin and called plays his last three years on staff before leaving for Nevada to be their offensive coordinator.

Hawaii never won more than four games under Chow so he has an uphill battle on his hands, but I think he’ll bring an exciting brand of offense back to the program and could be a consistent bowl team in the coming years.

He’s got a passion for the program and knows what it takes to win there, which is incredibly invaluable to know as he embarks on his first head coaching job.
