All-American Team 2015: Heisman winner Derrick Henry headlines first team
Heisman Trophy winner Derrick Henry and finalists Deshaun Watson and Christian McCaffrey headline the 2015 The AP All-American team.
When you are a finalist for the Heisman Trophy it’s a safe bet you’ll be on the All-American team for the 2015 college football season, so it’s no surprise to see Alabama’s Derrick Henry, Deshaun Watson and Christian McCaffrey on this year’s AP All-American team.
Henry added All-American honors days after winning the Heisman on Saturday and is joined by LSU running back Leonard Fournette on the first team running backs. McCaffrey was listed as the all-purpose player, which is fitting for the player who broke Barry Sanders‘ single-season record for all-purpose yards.
