There’s nothing like the end of a football season to get people talking about who will win it all next season, and the folks at OddsShark have already rubber stamped some interesting numbers for the 2016-17 college football championship.

In a wild stab in the dark that is a shock to pretty much nobody, OddsShark has picked Alabama to have the best shot at winning yet another national title. But just behind the Crimson Tide is the Orange of Clemson, the team who almost pulled off the upset of the year in Arizona on Monday.

Here are OddShark’s best picks to win next year’s national championship

Interesting to see Ohio State – whose fans have been chirping and chest-pounding since Monday that the Buckeyes could have beaten either Alabama or Clemson – comes in third behind those two teams, with a significant difference in odds.

This actually looks like a whos-who of college football royalty (and Baylor coming from the “new money” group). What is a bit surprising is that one of this year’s final four – Michigan State – is nowhere to be seen in the top ten here. The loss of Connor Cook obviously has the bettors looking away from East Lansing.
