The Senior Bowl is a great showcase for players like Kyler Fackrell who had a great career for a consistently good team at Utah State, but this game will give him a week to go up against players from bigger schools and prove he can hang with players who played in power five conferences.

Fackrell is a well-built, 6-5, 250-pound outside linebacker who excelled in the Aggies 3-4 scheme with 82 tackles with 15 tackles for loss and four sacks. He’s ideally suited to play in a three-man front in the NFL where he can attack as a pass rusher, but at the Senior Bowl, he’ll have a chance to prove he can play on the outside in a 4-3 scheme. If he can drop in coverage and make plays from sideline-to-sideline, Fackrell will be of interest to teams no matter the type of defense they run. He stands to make a lot of money with a strong week of practice and a good game on Saturday.
