The Huskies and Rockets will meet on Wednesday, November 9. (Roughly around the time the Chicago Cubs will be having their World Series parade through the streets of Chicago.)

“This is a historical moment and an outstanding day,” NIU athletic director Seat T. Frazier said. “Our fans have said, come back to Chicago, come to the city. Well, we’ve listened and we’re back! There are 145,000 NIU alumni living and working in Chicagoland. U.S. Cellular Field is a fantastic venue and I can’t wait for our fans to see this game in the ballpark. For years, NIU and Toledo have been featured in the November weeknight #MACtion games on ESPN, and in 2016, we are taking it to another level.”

The Chicago White Sox twitter account shared a picture detailing what the field will look like inside the stadium.

Right field will serve as one end zone so fans sitting in the bullpen sports bar should have a great vantage point to see the Huskies and Rockets trying to score.

The other end zone will run against the third base line and against the home dugout. Section 119 and 120 look like the best seats if you want a vantage point from midfield, but considering the historic significance of this event, there won’t be a bad seat in the house.
