Ohio State Buckeyes

2015 Finish: 12-1, 2nd in Big Ten East
Key 2016 Losses: CB Eli Apple, DE Joey Bosa, OT Taylor Decker, RB Ezekiel Elliott, OG Chase Farris, QB Cardale Jones, OLD Darron Lee, WR/QB Braxton Miller, ILB Joshua Perry, FS Tyvis Powell, WR Michael Thomas, DT Adolphus Washington

There may not be a team in the nation experiencing the exodus of quality players that Ohio Stat is this season. The Buckeyes are sending an impact player or starter at practically every position to the NFL Draft, and are losing even more depth on the whole.

Urban Meyer won’t have a problem recruiting new talent, and certainly there are some good players waiting in the wings, but it’s going to take at least one year for this roster to come together.

The Buckeyes will still be in the dogfight for the Big Ten crown, but you can add at least one more, if not two, losses to last year’s total. That won’t get it done in what will be an ultra-competitive division.
