123. . DE. Ohio State. Joey Bosa. 4. player

There’s an argument to be made for the Dallas Cowboys to take a quarterback to groom behind Tony Romo who is on the back half of his 30’s and take advantage of picking this high in the draft. They could take Jared Goff if they love his upside, but I think they have to take a player who can help them win this year and next while their Super Bowl window is still slightly open.

Taking Joey Bosa would allow them to replace Greg Hardy in the starting lineup and play him in his natural position as a 4-3 end. This is where Bosa should hope to land because he’s not ideally suited to play in a 3-4 defense.

Bosa can be a double-digit sack producer and a strong defender in the run game. His ability to effectively use his hands is very advanced for a player coming out of college.
