Who do the top NFL Draft prospects compare to current and past NFL players? Check out our pro comparisons for the top 10 draft prospects.

The NFL Draft alone has so much unpredictability, with the possibility of anyone outside the top overall pick moving around in the draft order. But that’s not even half the story.

Once these prospects find out where they’ll begin their NFL career, it’s all up to them to produce and make a name for themselves.

Scouts analyze every aspect of these prospects, ranging from their measurables, game film and off the field life. Once they assess and digest all the information, the pro comparisons start to come out. Whether it’s matchup up by their versatility, size, skill set or potential, everybody compares these draft prospects to someone similar in the league.

Those projections might not be entirely accurate, but it can then help visualize how the player can be used in a system. So now we took the top 10 prospects and compared them to either current or former NFL players.

There are a lot of intriguing prospects this season, especially on defense. We’re starting to see a new age in the NFL where versatility is everything. A lot of these players included bring just that and could virtually go anywhere within the top 10 because of it.
