Pac-12 Football: 12 best non-conference games of 2016
By Gabe Encinas
The annual rivalry game in late November between Notre Dame and USC is always a good one. By the time these two play, you would hope that they are both in the College Football Playoff conversation. If not, at least a top 20 matchup.
We’ll know exactly what these teams are all about when it comes to this game, so you have to hope that the hype is still there come November 26. Notre Dame is losing a lot of talent to the NFL Draft but their biggest question is whether DeShone Kizer or Malik Zaire will be the starter for the Fighting Irish.
This game will probably end late in the fourth quarter and the loser could be eliminated from the Playoff conversation.
