So not only do we get a matchup between UCLA and Texas A&M, we get another Pac-12/SEC West matchup on opening weekend, this time between the two powerhouses of each respective conference.

Alabama has been extremely good about scheduling a marquee matchup to start the season, typically in Texas, still close enough for Alabama to have a home field advantage. This time, they finally bring in USC.

Both teams will have a lot of question marks considering the high expectations and they both better figure it out before September 3. You have to imagine that the winner of this game will be a favorite to lead the polls depending on how the preseason polls shake up.

But thinking of the polls, these two will be ranked even higher simply to hype up this matchup even more, as if it needed that.
