6. Tennessee Volunteers

Tennessee might have the most rabid and passionate fan base in the SEC, which tells you everything you need to know about the Vols job. As long as you win in Knoxville, you’ll be treated like royalty and that’s a huge draw for a prospective coach. It also means it comes with a ton of pressure to win, but that comes with the territory if you want an elite coaching job in the SEC.

The stadium is always sold out on Saturdays with 100,000 fans decked out in their orange and white and they have it all from the tradition to the uniforms to Smoky the mascot to singing Rocky Top.

Tennessee won’t be confused for producing top talents like the state of Florida or Texas, but they top-tier talent the state does produce is almost always going to be going to Tennessee because Vanderbilt is not to be taken seriously.
