5. Texas A&M Aggies

Texas A&M has a gigantic mass of land to pluck the top recruits in the talent-rich state of Texas and bring them to College Station. This is a football school through and through booster support and resources from the administration will support the program at all costs.

Kyle Field is one of the biggest stadiums in the country and the 12’s in the stands supporting the team is one of the cooler traditions in college football, along with the midnight yell practice the night before games.

They have the tradition, recruiting advantage and piles of cash to throw at a coach to lure him to Texas A&M and it’s always going to be that way. The Aggies just need to find the right coach to take advantage of all that the job has to offer and they can rule the SEC. Until then, the job will be better than the Aggies win-loss record.
