Week 5: Oregon at Washington State

The Cougars will be the favorites of the College GameDay crew, all except for Lee Corso, who puts on Oregon’s Duck mask and infuriates the home crowd.

If both teams can win a big out of conference road game and don’t slip up anywhere else, each could enter the week with perfect records. The Cougars travel to Boise in week two and the Ducks travel to Nebraska in the third week.

If it’s the case that both teams win their big games, College GameDay won’t miss this golden opportunity. Washington State has a bye as well, so the program will have extra time to psyche up and prepare for something Pullman, Washington has long been waiting for.

There may be other great matchups to cover, but this week really should belong to the Cougars.
