The artists at Druid City Brewing have done it again with an SEC Last Supper chalk mural that would make Leonardo and the Bear weep.

Druid City Brewing is famous for their elaborate and uplifting pieces chalk art murals portraying epic scenes of culture mixed with a decidedly SEC flavor.

This time, however, Druid City may have gone above and beyond the call in creating a magnificent tribute to two great cultural works, Leonardo Da Vinci’s Last Supper and SEC Media Days.

The SEC masterpiece was of course created by Druid City’s great master of chalk art Rich Marks. The SEC Last Supper, of course, has Nick Saban sitting front and center as the savior with his disciple SEC coaches all around him.

Gus Malzahn is portrayed to the left of Saban, the viewers right, as James, he’s not Judas. Judas would have to be someone who might take Nick Saban down, so Malzahn is obviously out.

The attention to detail is just fantastic, check out the food on the table; Nick Saban is enjoying his beloved Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies. Les Miles, however, is having an elegant corn dog.

This isn’t the first time Druid City has wowed us with their talent for SEC art…

There was the Lane Kiffin/Van Halen tribute that rocked the world.

A Napoleonic Nick ready to charge into battle.

Ole Saint Bielema who brought Alabama the gift of a trip to the SEC Championship game by beating Ole Miss.

A classic Japanese style wave swallowing up a poor little Spartan in a Crimson Tide.

And then that same wave ready to devour a little Clemson Tiger.

A David Bowie/Nick Saban for the ages.

And my favorite of all time, a Nirvana and Steve Spurrier tribute, the 90s were a simpler time.

Druid City certainly has more than art, though, they also have incredible beer, coloring books, and killer old school video games. So if you’re looking for a great time while in Tuscaloosa, look no further than Druid City Brewing. We suggest starting with a Druid City Pale Ale, but the Lamplighter IPA is where it’s at for warm summer nights in Tuscaloosa.
