First Overall Picks: None

Other Notable First Round Picks: Darren McFadden (2008), Felix Jones (2008), Matt Jones (2005), Steve Atwater (1989), Dan Hampton (1979), Lance Alworth (1962)

Going back to the days of the old Southwest Conference, the Razorbacks have seen their share of great players, so it’s not at all shocking to see them land at number 24 on this list.

While the overall number of draft picks may not be as high as many schools, there haven’t been many high-round draft picks coming out of Arkansas that didn’t play up to their potential. Although from 2009-2016, the Hogs didn’t have anyone taken in the first round.

If you want to find a huge draft bust coming out of Fayetteville, then you look at defensive end Jamaal Anderson, taken with the 8th overall pick by the Atlanta Falcons in 2007. Anderson – hampered by injuries to a degree – finished his NFL career with only 132 tackles and seven sacks.
