After a ton of upsets to kick off the college football season, Saturday Blitz breaks down their projected Top 25 rankings after the first Saturday of the year.

College football is finally back, and the upsets were everywhere on the first Saturday of the season. With so many big teams falling, the top 25 rankings are going to shake up in a big way this week.

Teams like Oklahoma, LSU and even UCLA were taken down in the opening weekend despite big expectations from their respective fan bases. With so many teams in the top 25 going down, the next AP poll is going to look a lot different. With that in mind, let’s take a look at some projections for what the Top 25 is going to look like heading into Week 2 after Saturday’s action.

The UCLA Bruins deserve to stay in the Top-25 rankings after a tough loss to the Texas A&M Aggies. However, teams like the USC Trojans and UNC Tar Heels are getting bumped for some tough losses they each received.

Formerly unranked teams in the Hurricanes and Aggies move into the top 25. Miami absolutely dominated Florida A&M with a 70-3 blowout, while Texas A&M pulled off the upset in an OT win over UCLA.
