It was quite the opening weekend for the SEC, and not in a good way. Here are the current power rankings for the 14 SEC schools

7-7, that is the record that SEC teams had to open the 2016 College Football season. Not exactly what teams were going for in mostly non-conference matchups. Many teams left games with more questions than when they entered, and by the end of the Ole Miss-Florida State game on Labor Day night, it was clear that Alabama was once again, at least for now, the best team in the SEC.

Questions of the SEC’s superiority and dominance have already started and are sure to not go away for awhile. Here are how the teams rank following the end of week one of the regular season.
