Number 14. Missouri

Week 1 result: (0-1) 26-11 Loss to West Virginia

Missouri proved yet again that it still cannot find the end zone. The Tigers had plenty of offensive yards, over 400 for the game, but could not get the ball into the end zone to capitalize.

Missouri still has a good defense, which it will have to ride the backs of in order to be successful this season. West Virginia is good, but not a world beater, and the defense will have to tighten up, especially in the secondary. Drew Locke did look good, which has to be somewhat comforting to the Missouri coaching staff and fans.

Missouri started at the bottom of the SEC East and the entire conference in the preseason and that is where they find themselves after week one.
