The Louisville Cardinals remain atop the power rankings at number 1 but this week, there’s another test on the road against Clemson.

The Louisville offense has put up crazy numbers through their first four games. They are averaging  63.5 points and 682 yards per game, while only allowing 22.5 points per game.

Quarterback Lamar Jackson has accounted for a nation-best 25 touchdowns as well. Jackson had seven touchdowns (5 passing, 2 rushing) in the team’s 59-28 victory this past week over Marshall.

Running back Brandon Ratcliff had 19 carries for 131 yards and a touchdown. So while team’s have keyed in on Jackson to limit his ability to run, Ratcliff has picked up the pace to become another threat.

The Louisville Cardinals travel to hostile territory in Week 5 to face the Clemson Tigers. So far, they are 0-2 against the Tigers. This is the hump they need to get over to be taken seriously in the ACC. In primetime Saturday, we’ll see if they’re up for the challenge.
