Remember when Missouri did not have an offense? Me either, and I’m sure Delaware State wishes that was how the Tigers still played.

Missouri finds themselves in the No. 7 spot, strictly from an offensive standpoint. Drew Lock and the Tigers offense went off and never stopped till the end of the game. The Tigers defense was equally impressive, holding Delaware State to just 140 yards of offense for the entire game. Missouri’s dominate effort should go a long way in providing optimism for a team that has beat up on non-Power 5 teams, but lost both games to Power 5 teams.

Missouri was never in danger of losing this game, they might find things to be a little tougher next week against LSU.

Next game: October 1 at LSU, 7:30pm ET SEC Network
