The Oregon Ducks will be taking on the Washington State Cougars on Saturday, and as always, they’ll be doing so in style.

There isn’t another program in college football that showcases as many new uniforms as the Oregon Ducks. Thanks to the help of Nike, the Ducks wear new jerseys and helmets basically ever week, and they almost always look sharp.

The Ducks have lost two straight games to the Nebraska Cornhuskers and Colorado Buffaloes, which makes Saturday’s game against the Washington State Cougars even more important. The Cougars are just 1-2 this season, but the Ducks need any kind of win to avoid turning the past couple of games into a full-blown losing streak.

The uniforms for Saturday’s game against the Washington State Cougars were as sharp as you’d expect. The uniforms showcase white jerseys with green pants and helmets. Instead of the typical “O”, the logo on the helmets are the Duck mascot.

The Ducks have been focused on showcasing their mascot a lot more this year than they have in previous seasons. Just last week against Colorado, they used green jerseys, white pants and orange socks and cleats to make the players look like actual ducks.

While it must be exciting for the players to rock new uniforms every week, Oregon needs to stay focused on the game itself this week. Their College Football Playoff chances have all but disappeared, but they can still try to compete in the Pac-12.
