Arizona vs Utah live stream: Watch Wildcats vs Utes online
Here’s how you can watch Saturday evening’s Arizona vs Utah game from Salt Lake City online.
Utah can’t be counted out of the Pac-12 title race after just one loss. Falling to California last week after failing to convert on a goal-line situation at the one-yard line was devastating, but this team is ranked in the AP Top 25 for a reason and it’s still 4-1.
Troy Williams, a former Washington quarterback, has done well filling Travis Wilson’s shoes, passing for 1,259 yards with six touchdowns and four interceptions. He keeps getting better as the weeks progress.
Williams has done a great job of developing a connection with his new wide receivers, including senior Tim Patrick. After finishing with just 177 yards a season ago, Patrick has broken out for 429 yards and five touchdowns on 24 receptions. He’s benefitting from the quarterback change.
Rich Rodriguez’s Arizona Wildcats are off to a pedestrian start to the 2016 season. Having just two wins in five games isn’t what the head coach had in mind with a starting quarterback and running back returning, but there’s still time to turn it around. Rodriguez hopes that starts Saturday against a team he has never lost to while at Arizona.
Losing Anu Solomon in the first game with a knee injury was rough, but Brandon Dawkins has stepped up and is filling in quite nicely. Dawkins, a sophomore, has passed for 698 yards and four touchdowns while also leading the team with 435 yards rushing and seven more scores. However, he’s questionable for this week’s game.
Nick Wilson and J.J. Taylor will be forced to pick up the slack if Dawkins is out. Heck, they will have to anyways against a tough defense like Utah’s. The two have combined for 534 yards and five touchdowns on the year.
