After a relatively slow start to the year, Florida State Seminoles running back Dalvin Cook has come alive over the past few weeks. Although the Seminoles likely won’t be going to the College Football Playoff, that hasn’t stopped Cook from being one of the most impressive running backs in the nation.

The Seminoles pulled off a thrilling 20-19 win over the Miami Hurricanes last week, with Cook rushing for 150 yards while adding a 59-yard touchdown reception to the box score. Over the past three games, Cook has put up 784 total yards and six touchdowns.

Cook has become a much more legitimate threat in the passing game this year, picking up 345 yards through the air to along with his 785 rushing yards that are the third most in the FBS.

This recent string of games has put Cook near the top of the running back power rankings, but there’s one other back who has taken the nation by storm.
