Illinois vs Michigan live stream: Watch Fighting Illini vs Wolverines online
Here’s how you can watch Saturday afternoon’s Illinois vs Michigan game from Ann Arbor online.
The Jim Harbaugh era in Ann Arbor got off to a tremendous start in 2015 as the Michigan Wolverines went 10-3 with a convincing bowl win over Florida. It has continued that dominance in 2016, winning six games to start the season, most in blowout fashion.
Michigan has had to rely on yet another first-year starter, Wilton Speight, at quarterback, but that hasn’t seemed to matter. The run game has been so solid and the defense is arguably the best in the Big Ten, so it makes the quarterback’s job easier.
Freshman running back Chris Evans has been the top rusher for the Wolverines, accounting for 400 yards and three touchdowns on 8.3 yards per carry. However, it’s Jabrill Peppers who has been the star of the team as a do-it-all threat.
Illinois, on the other hand, doesn’t stand much of a chance against the surging Wolverines. The line for the game is 38 points in favor of Michigan, but the Illini will hope to catch this team sleeping coming out of a bye week and looking forward to Michigan State.
Wes Lunt might be out for yet another week, which would give the nod to sophomore Chayce Crouch to start under center. That would be a daunting task for the kid in his second career start.
Illinois’ run game might be the only thing that will keep it in the game against Michigan on the road. Kendrick Foster and Reggie Corbin each have over 300 yards rushing on the season with six combined scores.
