2017 NFL Mock Draft: First-Round Projections after Week 8
By Tyler Brooke
By far the biggest need for the Seattle Seahawks is at offensive tackle. However, outside of Cam Robinson, there isn’t anyone at the position worth taking in the first round. Instead, the Seahawks should consider adding a new member to the Legion of Boom to play alongside Richard Sherman, Kam Chancellor and Earl Thomas.
USC’s Adoree Jackson looks like a future starter on the outside at cornerback. He’s a phenomenal athlete with fluid hips and the speed to cover even the fastest receivers out there. When facing a ball carrier in the open field, he’s more than capable of making the tackle.
With Jackson, Jeremy Lane and Sherman at cornerback with Thomas and Chancellor at safety, opposing offenses are going to have that much harder of a time to throw the ball.
