Michigan Wolverines wide receiver Amara Darboh made a ridiculous catch on Saturday against the Michigan State Spartans.
The Michigan Wolverines were looking for revenge on Saturday against the Michigan State Spartans. After all, they lost in heartbreaking fashion last season on a fumbled punt last year, ending their College Football Playoff hopes.
Fortunately for the Wolverines, they had all kinds of players making plays for them on Saturday. Michigan wide receiver Amara Darboh helped in a big way in the third quarter of their game with one of the more impressive highlights of the game.
In the third quarter with a defender draped all over him, Darboh somehow reeled in a crazy catch for a first down. The Wolverines couldn’t capitalize on the play with any points, but it still helped with field position.

The Spartans aren’t having nearly as impressive of a season in 2016 as they did last year, but this was still obviously a must win game for the Wolverines. At 7-0 heading into Saturday, Michigan is hoping to stay perfect heading into their final regular season game against Ohio State with a chance to play in the Big Ten Championship and even punch a ticket to the College Football Playoff.
A big win over Michigan State could help them gear up for what is certain to be a thrilling game against the Buckeyes. Plays like this one from Darboh will definitely help their case at the end of the season.
