Arkansas Razorbacks

Arkansas 31-Florida 10

Arkansas pulled off their annual surprise upset that has become tradition under Bielema. While this one isn’t as surprising as some in years past, the way it happened was incredibly impressive. The Razorbacks clicked on all levels and the defense impressively shut down the Florida offense.

Arkansas is an incredibly difficult team to predict, and this is just the latest example. The Razorbacks could go next week and get rocked, or dominate another game. No one, though, would be surprised by either result.

Impact Moving Forward

-None

Too many times in the past we have overreacted to a big win by Arkansas under Bielema. It seems to happen ever year, but the Razorbacks can’t seem to do anything with it. This win will likely see the Razorbacks jump back into the top 25, but a daunting matchup with LSU awaits. If Arkansas can string together back-to-back wins against Florida and LSU, then we’ll get amped up the potential of this team down the stretch. Until then, though, we can’t have any idea what to expect.
