Ohio State vs Maryland live stream: Watch Buckeyes vs Terrapins online
Here’s how you can watch Saturday afternoon’s Ohio State vs Maryland game from College Park online.
Ohio State blew a 21-7 lead to the Penn State Nittany Lions a few weeks ago and it looked like the season would go down the drain. Heck, the Buckeyes nearly lost to Northwestern at home two weeks ago. However, they responded to doubters by beating No. 10 Nebraska by 59 points on Saturday.
J.T. Barrett had his best game in quite some time and proved why he was considered the best quarterback in the Big Ten to start the season. He has passed for 1,965 yards and 21 touchdowns with only four picks this season. He also has 570 rushing yards.
Freshman running back Mike Weber has filled in nicely for Ezekiel Elliott with 842 yards and seven touchdowns. Curtis Samuel, though, has been the team’s most dynamic player. He has 599 rushing yards and 676 receiving yards with 10 total touchdowns.
Coming off a 3-9 season last year, the Maryland Terrapins hoped that a change in head coach would lead to more success down the line. However, they probably didn’t expect former Michigan defensive coordinator D.J. Durkin to lead them to five wins in year one with three games left.
Bowl eligibility is a serious possibility and the Terrapins will have to host arguably the best team in the Big Ten in Week 11 for a chance to get there early. They might have to do so without starting quarterback Perry Hills who left the game against Michigan last week with an undisclosed injury.
However, the running back duo of Ty Johnson and Lorenzo Harrison has been impressive this season. The two have combined for 1,268 yards and nine touchdowns. Bright future ahead for the Terps.
