4. Sefo Liufau, QB Colorado

Sefo Liufau has been the leader of the Colorado team and the reason for their massive turnaround. He has throw for 2,150 yards and 11 touchdowns this year. As well has rushed for 483 yards and seven touchdowns. Liufau will leave Colorado as their all-time leader in passing yards and total offense.

In his time at Colorado, he has 9,547 passing yards and 60 touchdowns. Liufau may only have 11 passing touchdowns this year, but he also has seven rushing touchdowns. It is his ability to be multi-dimensional that will have Washington’s defense having to be aware of his ability to move and escape the pocket. Washington is 10th in points against and ninth in overall defensive efficiency.

With Washington’s defense ranked as high as it is, Liufau will have to find a good balance of running and throwing to try and get Washington’s defense off balance. Liufau has only thrown three picks all year. He doesn’t turn the ball over which is a big deal. If he can get the run game opened up, he may find great success in the passing game. Since he doesn’t turn the ball over, this could lead to big plays for Colorado.
