1. Jake Browning, QB Washington

Jake Browning has had one of the best years out of any QB in the country. He has been in the Heisman talk for most of the year and is the main reason that Washington has made it to the Pac-12 Championship game. Without Browning, Washington doesn’t get this far. He has been their team and will need to continue that trend in this game and in their postseason action.

Browning has thrown for over 3,000 yards and for 40 touchdowns while only throwing seven interceptions all year. He has hooked up with John Ross and Dante Pettis for 30 of those 40 touchdowns. Browning has had three games this year where he has thrown for five or more touchdowns in a game. In all those games, he has had a passer rating of over 200 and thrown a total of zero interceptions. If that is the Jake Browning that shows up to the Pac-12 championship, then Colorado may not have much of a chance.

Colorado will need to be very discipline on defense to help prevent the big plays that Browning and the Huskies can make. If Jake Browning plays at the top of his game, there is no doubt that the Huskies will leave that game as Pac-12 champions and they will be on their way to the College Football Playoff.
