Check out Lee Corso’s headgear pick for the always special Army vs. Navy game. College GameDay will be covering the game for the third straight year.

For the third straight year, College GameDay hosted their show from the Army vs. Navy game. The game will be in Baltimore this year, and College GameDay aired a special two hour program from 9-11. This was the final show of the regular season for the GameDay crew.

As much as an AAC championship would have meant for Navy, this is still the biggest game on their schedule. The same goes for Army. The Army vs. Navy game is played the week after championship week so that it is the only game played on that day. Both teams have at least six wins and will be on their way to a bowl game.

This game, as always, is sure to be entertaining. Army’s 19.1 points allowed is good for 14th in the country. Along with that, they are second in the country in rushing yards with 328.5 yards per game. As for the Midshipmen, they are third in rushing yards right behind Army with 327.5 yards per game. Both teams run an option based offense, so it makes sense that they are able to accumulate so many rushing yards. Army will also be sporting some custom jersey’s that are inspired by the 82nd airborne.

This is GameDay’s third straight year covering the Army vs. Navy game. In those past two years, Lee Corso has picked Navy both times. Navy won both of those games, making Corso 2-0 in the Army vs. Navy game. Corso is 8-5 this year on his head gear picks, including losing three of his last five head gear picks. This will be Corso’s 290th head gear pick. In those 289 picks, Corso has never picked the Army Black Knights.

Will Lee Corso finally take Army? Or will he take the  25th ranked Midshipmen for the third straight year?

Will Army break their 14 game losing streak to Navy? Or will Navy pick up their tenth win?
