1. K’Lavon Chaisson, four-star WDE (Houston,TX)

This 6-foot-4, 211-pound defensive end from Galena Park North Shore probably sealed his five-star status after a rather impressive performance at the Under Armour All-American game. He’s not a very heavy end, which leads me to believe he may get the redshirt to put on some pounds, but he has an eye for the quarterback and a calling for pass rushing. Chiasson narrowed his schools down to Texas, USC and LSU. Texas seemed the favorite until he took his official visit to Austin with LSU faithful Kary Vincent, the corner back out of Port Arthur Memorial, which may bring some suspense on February 1. Unfortunately if you think I mean an Erik Fowler scenario then move along.
