It’s time for the NFL to kick off soon and that means it’s time for Fantasy season as well. What would be the best Fantasy College Football team?

Fantasy Football has taken the world by storm and has almost become more popular with fans than actually rooting for their favorite NFL team. It’s become almost like a religion to a select few NFL fans. Choosing to root for your Fantasy team more so than your actual favorite team every single Sunday.

The draft process for Fantasy Football is one of the most fun things about the whole ordeal. Preparing to take some of the NFL players that you think will have breakout seasons and watching your opponents draft complete busts can be satisfying for numerous Fantasy Football players.

One thing that has somewhat caught on but never got enough momentum to make any headway is Fantasy College Football. Draft Kings put together daily games with college football players, but nothing came out that gained popularity like Fantasy Football with the NFL. That’s likely due to large regulations and non-paid athletes in the NCAA.

CBS Sports is the only big Fantasy Sports website that still has a draft-able league setup for college football. However, the prospect of having a 12-team league when you have 130 teams worth of players to choose from would be a daunting task for anyone.

It would be better to just pick one conference or just work with the Power Five conference teams only when putting together this type of league setup. Yet, some Group of Five offensive players put up bigger numbers than that of their Power Five counterparts.

In this list, we’ll look at one quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, one tight end, and one defense/special teams. Now, let’s take a look at what the perfect Fantasy College Football team for 2017 would look like.
