No other player in either season of Last Chance U committed to a lower school than they should have than running back Isaiah Wright. It’s a shame that Wright and Law both ended up not fulfilling their initial potential from Season 1. However, Wright does still have a good opportunity to make something of himself, even at the Division II level.

Wright should learn something from Kansas City Chiefs’ star Tyreek Hill who was originally kicked from the Oklahoma State football program. Hill then transferred to West Alabama, a Division II school, and was still drafted into the NFL and was a Pro Bowler in his rookie season.

EMCC head coach Buddy Stephens and Wright did not mesh at all. Stephens seems to have trouble understanding the different personalities of some of his most talented players. However, most fans know how good Wright can be and that he just needs a little push from the right coach to reach his potential.

Wright does have the advantage of already being in the spotlight from Last Chance U which might draw some attention from NFL scouts of FBS scouts down the road.
