In a recruiting coup, Georgia football received a commitment from 2018 four-star wide receiver Elijah Moore.

Georgia already has 10 commits for the 2018 class. Five-star running back Zamir White has also committed in Georgia; Moore is now the Bulldogs’ second-highest ranked commit. He is the fifth recruit ranked four stars or higher.

Elijah Moore is a Florida native who currently attends St. Thomas Aquinas high school in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. According to 247Sports, Moore is the No. 38 wide receiver in the country and is ranked No.180 in the 2018 class. Moore chose Georgia over Miami, Ole Miss and Ohio State, among others. In fact, he had offers from 30 different schools.

His coach at Aquinas, Roger Harriott, said this of him in an interview with 247Sports: “Elijah Moore is a dynamic football player and an outstanding person overall. His charisma and leadership enabled him to garner admiration from his teammates and peers. He’s a positive role model. Great things happen for good who are devoted to the great good.”

Moore also was happy about his decision.

Moore had initially committed to Penn State, but de-committed earlier this year. Hopefully, his decision to attend Georgia will stick. His commitment definitely adds depth to the Bulldogs’ O-line.
