Boston College Eagles

2006 impact player: Mathias Kiwanuka, LE #94, 99 overall
Today: DE Harold Landry

If you remember Kiwanuka, he was nearly unblockable as a college player and went to the New York Giants where they tried to make him a linebacker for whatever reason which failed greatly. But as a Boston College Eagle, he was a stud with 16 tackles for loss and 9.5 sacks in an era that hadn’t turned as pass happy as today.

Boston College doesn’t have much to write home to mom about, but Harold Landry spearheads a solid defense. Landry is expected to be an All-ACC first teamer and a high NFL Draft pick. In 2016 Landry logged 50 tackles, 22 TFL, and 16.5 sacks. Coach Addazio might not have an offense to speak of but the defense will be much improved in 2017.
