1. Razorbacks finish season with 10 wins

If you read any college football preview magazines, they seem to be cooling on Arkansas as an SEC dark-horse contender. While the Razorbacks get minimal respect, they are still pegged as a bowl-bound team.

Most preview publications have Arkansas finishing 7-5 in 2017, which isn’t much of an improvement over what Bielema has led this program to in his four years. He has an overall 25-26 record at Arkansas and he needs to have a 10-win season in order to reverse his fortunes and shoot down any “hot seat” talk.

This is the year he does just that. The Razorbacks might not have the highest expectations from the national media, but they will surprise some people.

Looking at the schedule, there’s a good chance this team starts the year 4-0 before a Week 6 matchup with South Carolina on the road, but that will be a win for the Razorbacks. The only losses I see for Arkansas are against LSU and Alabama on the road.

Arkansas could have one more regular season loss, but a bowl win will put the Razorbacks at 10 wins when 2017 is over.
