Oklahoma State got things rolling for the Big 12 on Thursday night with an impressive 59-24 win over Tulsa, while West Virginia capped the weekend for the conference on Sunday night in a game that came down to the last seconds against Virginia Tech.

Saturday evening was a busy one for the Big 12 too as six members were in action at home: Baylor against Liberty, Iowa State against Northern Iowa, Kansas against Southeast Missouri State, Kansas State against Central Arkansas, Texas Christian against Jackson State and Texas Tech against Eastern Washington. A few were close. A few games weren’t. But we finally got a taste of real football again.
