It’s hard to tell whether the North Carolina Tar Heels losing in Week 1 was due to poor performance by them or the California Golden Bears being an actually good team. We’ll see how good they actually are this week.

The Louisville Cardinals escaped in Week 1 from a huge scare from the Purdue Boilermakers. Yet, lower tier Big Ten teams seemed to do that for the entirety of the weekend. Heisman winning quarterback Lamar Jackson still had a solid outing.

UNC has an enormous task ahead of them to stop Jackson and the Louisville offense. The Cardinals are sure to be motivated to prove themselves after a rough effort vs. Purdue. It might have just been a slow start for Louisville and they’re ready to go now.

Louisville is a 10-point favorite in this one. However, UNC does still have some talent left from last year’s squad and LSU transfer quarterback Brandon Harris should be eager to prove his worth. UNC will still be a tough out.
