TCU football headed into Fayetteville to face the team that broke their hearts last season. TCU stifled the Razorback offense and came out with a victory.

It has been a roller coaster ride for the TCU Horned Frogs the last couple seasons as they were good but not good enough to make the title game, not ever breaking through the seal. However, this could be the year. TCU handled their business against Arkansas, putting up 28 points and stiffing the once physical Razorback passing attack.

The Horned Frog defense flexed their muscles, only allowing seven points in the last two weeks. That’s some serious grit and the unit deserves to be praised for it. Kenny Hill finally seems to be putting together a semi-strong season after bouncing around, trying to find an identity since he departed Southlake Carroll.

They will face a much stronger test when they head to Oklahoma State in two weeks, but as it stands right now TCU may just be for real. They were hyped after the victory  on Saturday night and deservedly so.

Is TCU a contender this season? Will they continue this dominance as the season wears on? Will Kenny Hill help or hinder the Horned Frogs’ success? Only time will tell, but for now here are five overreactions from TCU’s performance against Arkansas this weekend.
