This season has already been full of ups and downs for Texas A&M football and it’s only Week 3. Will the Aggies be on upset alert vs. UL-Lafayette?
Texas A&M has been through a whole heck of a lot at this point in the season. Heading into week three, they have no idea who to start at quarterback and have a defense struggling to be consistent. On Saturday, they will look for a strong and consistent performance heading into conference play.
Whoever ends up the starter for the rest of the season, the Aggies need a strong passing attack if they want to compete in the SEC this season. Nick Starkel, who is out for likely the season, is severely missed as he gave the team exactly that.

Now, they will need the group of running backs, lead by Trayveon Williams, to find holes and run hard behind strong offensive line play. The defense needs to step it up big time, and one can only hope that these things are in the Aggies future as the season wears on and Coach Sumlin’s seat gets hotter.
For now, all we can do is speculate and hope. So without further ado, here are my three bold predictions for Saturday’s matchup.
