ACC football saw another shift among top teams as a few in the bottom tier moved as well. Check out this week’s edition of the ACC power rankings.

ACC football made some strides in Week 4 of the college football season. In other cases, some teams did some not so good things as well.

Three teams took losses in the conference last week. While those teams lost, three other teams stood idle in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma.

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, Miami Hurricanes and Florida State Seminoles will return to the field after essentially getting a bye week and not playing this past week.

The 19th-ranked Louisville Cardinals fell to the second-ranked Clemson Tigers, 47-21. It was a desperate effort as the Cardinals looked to replace Clemson atop the ACC standings.

The Pittsburgh Panthers also fell to No. 6 Oklahoma State, 59-21. At 1-2 on the season, they’re another team currently looking to recover as the schedule ramps up.

The Boston College Golden Eagles also remain winless at home, falling 49-20 to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. They’re 1-2 as well after starting the season 1-0.

There was still some positive across the ACC, though.

The Clemson Tigers exerted their dominance as the leader of the conference.

The 13th-ranked Virginia Tech Hokies showed how powerful their offense is in a 64-17 win over the East Carolina Pirates.

The Duke Blue Devils kept the Baylor Bears winless with a 34-20 victory in Durham.

The not-so-big surprise continues to be the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. They dominated Utah State on their way to another impressive blowout victory, 46-10.

All in all, it was another productive week in the ACC. Here’s a look at the Week 4 power rankings.
