The Ohio State football team made some strides in Week 3. Here’s a look the players who earned this week’s helmet stickers.

The Ohio State Buckeyes did some good things in Week 3. They dominated the Army Black Knights in their first meeting ever, 38-7. The Buckeyes kept it close in the early going, only leading 17-7 at halftime, but running back J.K. Dobbins set a new tone with a big run to open the third quarter.

It seemingly woke up the Ohio State defense as they held the top rushing offense in the nation to 259 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown. The Black Knights came in averaging 417.5 rushing yards and 5.5 rushing touchdowns per game.

The Buckeyes are now outscoring their opponents 46-21 in the third quarter this season. In the second quarter alone, teams are outscoring them 17-16 so far. It was a nice adjustment for Ohio State after the scrutiny they took in their loss to third-ranked Oklahoma a week prior.

A few players on defense even stepped up when linebacker Chris Worley went down with a sprained foot and was unable to return.

The Buckeyes got back in the win column in Week 3 in a refreshing way. Here’s a look at this week’s helmet stickers.
