The Arkansas football program has an uncertain outlook in front of them with the start of SEC play coming this weekend against Texas A&M.

The SEC West is a tough division to figure out right now. LSU was considered to be the second or third best team behind the Alabama Crimson Tide and possibly the Auburn Tigers. However, that proved to be very wrong last week in their 37-7 upset loss to the Mississippi State Bulldogs. It’s also hard to figure out where the Arkansas Razorbacks fit in.

Their loss to the TCU Horned Frogs, by a 21-point margin, proved that they’re not likely to compete at the top of the SEC this year. However, making a bowl game and pulling off a few upsets is not out of the question. Arkansas needs to build some momentum in the next two weeks, though.

This week, Arkansas travels to Dallas to face the Texas A&M Aggies, another uncertain football program in the SEC West. Arkansas’ contest against the Aggies is a neutral site game at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys.

More than likely, Arkansas, Texas A&M and the Ole Miss Rebels will fight to figure out the bottom three spots in the SEC West. However, all SEC West teams should be able to take advantage of their cross-conference games this year against a much weaker SEC East.

Heading into Week 4, Arkansas has not won a single game against an FBS opponent yet. Their only win of the season came against the Florida A&M Rattlers in Week 1. They have an opportunity to get their first this weekend.

Now, let’s take a look at 10 bold predictions for the Arkansas Razorbacks in SEC play.
